Hostels

IAGI offers comfortable and well-managed boarding facilities close to campus, with separate hostels for boys (Cauvery) and girls (Ganga and Narmada). Designed to provide a safe and supportive environment, the hostels feature furnished, well-ventilated rooms, 24/7 security, and access to reading spaces and indoor sports. Fresh, nutritious meals are served in the dining halls, while dedicated wardens ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Hostel admissions are based on IAGI norms and subject to availability.

Zero Tolerance to Ragging

Ragging has no place here. IAGI enforces a strict anti-ragging policy across campuses, hostels, and all student gatherings. As per UGC norms:

Anti-ragging affidavits are mandatory from both students and parents.

Awareness sessions are conducted regularly.

Disciplinary action is immediate and decisive.

A 24/7 helpline is active.

Campus Security

Trained security personnel are posted 24/7 at all entry and exit points.

CCTV surveillance is in place in academic blocks, hostels, libraries, and shared spaces.

Identity card protocols for all students, faculty, and visitors.

Medical & Emergency Readiness

On-campus first-aid units

Partnerships with nearby hospitals for emergency care.

Fire safety systems are maintained across buildings.

Trained response teams for evacuation and emergency drills.

Women’s Safety & Empowerment

Women Empowerment Cell and Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) are active under the PoSH Act.

Regular workshops on gender rights, self-defence, and safety.

Safe transport and hostel arrangements for female students.

How it works :

Submit your grievance using the online form.

Your submission is acknowledged and forwarded to the concerned committee.

The matter is addressed promptly, in a sensitive manner.

You will be informed about the resolution or required action.

All grievances will be addressed with utmost confidentiality, and no complainant will face any form of retaliation for raising a concern.
